Zak is a 3rd-generation hospitality professional, with extensive experience in managing high-end properties, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Before founding Hosperty, he was part of the Commercial Strategy team at Heathrow Airport, London, where he developed a strong understanding of global travel demand and market dynamics, while building a strategic industry network that strengthens market reach and drives premium guest demand.

For the past 8 years, he has been a verified Airbnb Superhost, managing high-performing hospitality assets in Milos and consistently maintaining top guest satisfaction scores.
His deep operational expertise, combined with a genuine passion for hospitality, brings significant value to Hosperty—helping the team deliver standout service and a competitive edge in the market.
He holds a degree in Business Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and speaks Greek and English.
